John's unwavering commitment to communication and personal involvement has earned him a reputation of integrity. He and his team strive to make their homebuyer’s experience effortless and exciting. They understand that your custom home is not “just a house.” It’s the culmination of years of your hard work, and where quality moments will be shared with family and friends. And his customers agree! Here's what one couple has to say:
“John Johnson Homes has so many excellent qualities. The thing that impressed us the most is how personable John is; he truly wants to build a friendship so he can get to know you to fulfill your needs. He was always aware of what was going on with the building process because he was on the job site on a regular basis. John stays on top of things and takes care of business well. We are very pleased with our home, and feel like we also built a lifelong friendship through the process. John and Cindy are good, down-to-earth people and very trustworthy. We would be extremely confident recommending them to anyone wanting to build a home.” - Keith and Julie Layton
John Johnson Homes proudly presents their stunning 2016 Parade Home, a two-story masterpiece that embraces Old World Charm, Industrial Flair, and Rustic Elegance. Stone, brick and stucco give this home a warm curb appeal with European charm. The beautifully landscaped front courtyard has access from the entry and from the picture window door opening into the family room.
The interior design is enriched by a detailed blend of creative lighting, clean lines, natural materials, and vintage/modern furnishings. Infusing stone, mixed metals, reclaimed wood, exposed brick and beams are a theme throughout the home, giving it a natural warm ambiance with an industrial flair.
The home features four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a two-car garage, with an optional third car garage or gameroom. The living room is beautifully realized in the exposed beamed ceilings, stone fireplace, brick columns, and picture windows and doors that capture outdoor living and front yard views. The dining room boasts an open dining area with a reclaimed wood buffet and vaulted ceiling finished in reclaimed wood. The warm, inviting kitchen features an enormous island and a natural stone encased metallic vent hood. A spacious walkthru pantry leads into the laundry and mudroom.
The master suite is finished with an accent brick wall, and features a spa-like bath with a natural stone walk-in shower, bronze freestanding tub, a huge master closet, and a safe room.
Outdoor living highlights include a custom firepit with built-in seating, an enormous L-shaped covered living area with an outdoor kitchen, a pool with waterfall, and a gameroom with a powder bath.
Energy efficiency is highlighted in the wood casement windows, a 95% efficiency furnace, and foam insulation.
